Super Mario Galaxy 2

I have to say I was fairly surprised when this was announced, and I know it's old news, but who else is looking forward to this? I was expecting that they'd go to another concept, since they tied up all the loose ends in the original Super Mario Galaxy. Luigi and the Purple Coins... *shudder*

yeah i was suprised they are in the works of a sequal already.
oh well, looks really good. cant wait.

on a side note, they should make a new epic mario adventure based off the original mario 64, but like with some new paintings, and maybe throw back a few originals? idk just saying

I have to agree, it looks pretty amazing. a throw-back would be nice, but nintendo isn't really known to do that.

but I wasn't too surprised with the direct sequal. nintendo has really changed their marketing and stuff.

I'd love a throwback of Super Mario 64, but rather than Peach's Castle, maybe Bowser's Castle since they managed to set his castle up as dark and ominous, and you can see paintings in it in about every game. It's a stretch, but it'd be a unique thing for Nintendo, to have the whole story where the game ends anyways.

I hate Mario Galaxy it's an excuse for a Mario game I'm going to play MW2 and L4D2 now you know the games that aren't on the wii kthxbye.

That was... rude. It's my choice to lean towards Nintendo, but I have more systems. Mario Galaxy, while strange, was a great game, and the plot was a bit off, but it was still a good Mario game.

Mario Galaxy 2 looks sweet, awsome that they added yoshi back,

The wii is certainly not for babies, with one of the most violent games this generation(Mad world) being on the little white box. F*ck it ,All 3 systems are good lets just leave it at that. (most consle arguements turn out to be biased opinions and flaming)

That's my favorite part, Yoshi is coming back. He's my favorite hero from Mario, and my favorite Mario character all around is Dry Bones, and he always seems to find his way to Mario games recently.

Yeah its cool that yoshi is back, i mean which other character is gonna be my third jump?

I really hope they don't do something like they did with Sunshine, and just completely destroy Yoshi's image again. I mean come on, water killing him made me want to lose it. I'd honestly rather have him fall through the water like in Super Mario World.
